Kick-off Meeting: The Project Officially Begins

The project officially launched with the successful completion of the Kick-off Meeting, marking the beginning of its implementation phase. The meeting highlighted the excellent organisation led by Forma Camera, the strong collaboration established among project partners, and the active participation of key territorial stakeholders.

The event provided an important opportunity to align objectives, define the first operational steps, and foster constructive dialogue in a collaborative and results-oriented environment. The involvement of local stakeholders enriched the discussions by bringing valuable expertise, diverse perspectives, and insights closely connected to local needs and territorial development strategies.

A special acknowledgement goes to Patrizia Di Fazio (Local Action Group – LAG Castelli Romani and Monti Prenestini) for her significant contribution in strengthening the project’s territorial perspective and local governance approach, and to Luca Alteri (Sapienza University of Rome) for his scientific and methodological support, which will play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of the project’s implementation.

This successful start confirms that cooperation between universities, local action groups, and territorial stakeholders is fundamental to developing effective, shared, and high-impact initiatives.

With the foundations now in place, the project moves forward with confidence as activities officially begin.
